I have heard rumors that there are actually people that DON'T have time, or the desire to shop. I will give you a moment....Not that I am a big fan of shopping, but I do have ALOT of time....So in an effort to be creative, I have decided I could sell that "time".
I grabbed one of these unfortunate people, surmised his sizes, taste, and "style" - as he bolted for the subway with his l&s coffee. Off I went to shop!!! Heavy negotiating ensued, for those few minutes necessary for him to try & buy (days later, since he was working ALL weekend!! ...gulag??). I hung everything up (pic 1) so he could see everything, and quickly edit down options, as he tried on things.
I am pretty pleased. I had to do some convincing to have him try on things that made his brow furrow,( and of course I was right!). Two shirts (pic2) didn't make the cut (I wasn't terribly fond of these shirts anyways). I was really happy that he took all the pants (6 pairs!!). PS -I didn't spend alot @600.00
I was lucky, I had a tall thin guy to shop for, so the European designers (cuts) work for him....but for the rest of us mortals - boys and girls....KNOW- or get to know a TAILOR!!
